The Beverly Hills cottage town is a unique project, which consists of eight two-story villas in the style of modern minimalism. For the cladding of facades, the first floor terrace and the pool, Italian Laminam porcelain stoneware, resistant to any weather conditions, is used. Each floor bears only its own load, thanks to a reinforced concrete frame without joints and welded connections. The service life of the house is 100 years. On the territory of the site there is a patio area and private terraces with stunning views of the mountains of the southern capital.
